Products & Availability

Pricing

  • Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices can change anytime without notice (but your placed order will be billed at the confirmed price).

  • Typos may happen. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We may contact you (call/SMS/WhatsApp/email) to confirm details.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect details, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Payments

We may offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank transfer

  • Online payment via third-party payment gateways (availability may vary)

For online payments:

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we are not responsible for their downtime or failures.

Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Delivery times depend on your city and courier performance.

  • You must provide a complete and correct address and a reachable phone number.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/phone unavailability/refusal, you may be responsible for shipping charges.

Inspection at Delivery

We recommend:

  • Recording an unboxing video (one continuous video) for claims related to missing items or damage.

  • Checking package condition before accepting delivery (where the courier allows).

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
